Black Faculty at UNCG has made a formal statement concerning the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and others lost at to state sanctioned violence. In the midst of the pandemic, it is incredibly shocking to continue to deal with racist violence, mourn and fight for Black Lives. As members of the UNCG community, WGSS is committed to continuing to fight against racism on our campus and elsewhere, doing what we can and continuing the work we’ve already started to make our campus equitable and just for everyone.
