#NODAPL: INDIGENOUS RESISTANCE AT STANDING ROCK

On February 16th, WGS hosted three scholars and activists who have been deeply involved in the movement against the Dakota Access Pipeline, the opposition to it by Indigenous peoples (particularly the Standing Rock Sioux), and the environmental and colonial stakes of this struggle. This event was co-sponsored by the Environmental and Sustainability Studies Program and the Office of Intercultural Engagement.
